It has come to our attention that certain unauthorised individuals, entities, websites, email IDs, social media accounts, and other communication channels are fraudulently impersonating Mahindra & Mahindra Limited and/or its group companies (collectively, "Mahindra") by misusing the Mahindra name, logos, trademarks, brand identity, and credentials in connection with purported dealership, franchise, EV charging station partnership, land lease, distributorship, and similar business opportunities. Such fraudsters are also circulating fake emails, franchise and dealership offers, registration confirmations, lease agreements, employee identity cards, invoices, and other documents purportedly issued by Mahindra, and are fraudulently collecting payments from members of the public.

The general public is advised to verify all communications and payment instructions only through official Mahindra channels and not to make any payments based on unverified or suspicious requests. Any person dealing with such unauthorised individuals or entities shall do so at their own risk, and Mahindra shall not be liable for any loss arising from such transactions.

Any unauthorised use or misuse of Mahindra's name, logos, brand identity, trademarks, or credentials will invite strict legal action, including criminal prosecution under applicable laws.
